The project base is relatively regular, and the site is basically leveled. On the whole, it is 170-180 meters long from east to west, 320-380 meters long from north to south, with a total land area of 59375 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.2-2.3, a building density of no more than 22%, a green space rate of no less than 35%, and a planned building height of no more than 54 meters. The total construction area of the project is 138169.5 m2, including 1607 m2 of overhead floor. The total supporting area is 2669.8 m2, commercial 3200 m2, residential 123987.6 m2 and public rental 6665.1 m2. There are 16 high-rise buildings in the District, including one 15F, one 16F, one 17f13 and one 18F (public rental housing). The underground building area is 64600 m2, the first floor is 49000 m2, the second floor is 15600 m2, and the civil air defense area is 15022 m2.
